Purele Waxing Salon and spa

Rude person working for you guys takes away business, disgusting attitude , due to her i will not be coming back. Ive come multiple times and never had a problem i love it clean and respectful. I dont know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but customer service is everything! one thing i will not tolerate is attitude. There was no reason for her to snarkle or have an attitude. I still did my wax and ignored her due to Liza being so kind and putting money in her pockets . Was supposed to do my Brazilian as well but i just needed to get out of there. Careful who you disrespect.

So yesterday was my first time ever getting waxed(Brazilian), and it was great! I had so much anxiety about the pain and awkwardness when I had arrived, but when it was done, I realized I was making it worse in my head. The pain was minimal and it wasn't as awkward for me as the esthetician talked to me throughout the process. It was also super quick. I booked with Dayna.

Love Purele !! Have consistently been coming here for a year now for Brazilians . Absolutely love Dayna she makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed , all while being efficient, she knows exactly what she’s doing !! The salon is always super clean and the guy at reception is always friendly! I love it here and wouldn’t go anywhere else 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my lashes done. They scheduled me with Elana. I spent $60 deposit during the time of scheduling after the service it was another $190 including $20 deposit for scheduling the next visit. I also left a hefty tip of $30 totaling $280.00. The very next morning I woke up brushed my lashes with the wand they gave me and the lashes fell off in clumps. I immediately called the salon and spoke to a receptionist he told me he would have the manager call me back. Never heard anything. The next day was Saturday, i call back asked to speak to a manager I was told by a female receptionist that she would grab the manager when she was done with her client. Finally the manager called me back I explained what happen and also told her I have had lashes done many times before and never had this happen. The normally last a very very long time. I also told her that when Elana waxed my eyebrows she put hot wax over my already previously waxed eyebrow to get more hair she missed the first time and it ripped my skin off I woke up with a big scab on my eyebrow. In my experience your never supposed to re apply the wax because it can and will rip off your skin. The manager told me she would speak to the owner regarding returning my money because this should have never happened. Elana never sanitized my lashes before the application so I'm guessing this is why they didn't stay. Even during my application she said and I quoat "oh wow that came off easy" as she pulls lashes off herself! The manager Dana I believe her name is stated she would call me back by the end of the day Saturday or at the latest Monday morning to refund my money. She also asked me to send her photos of my lashes which I did. There was nothing left. I never heard back from anyone. I finally text the manager monday afternoon and asked what was going on. She stated she was out of the office until Wednesday and Elana was kn vacation and she wanted to speak to her to try to resolve this. That has nothing to do with my refund. Finally I get a call from the manager Pauluna, she was nothing but rude and told me she wouldn't refund my money and that it wasn't their fault. She offered me to come in and have them done again and she would refund my $20 deposit for the next appointment and give me a gift card for my wax. She is trying to force me to come and have them do my lashes again.. it took them a week to get back to me meanwhile I was walking around looking like an idiot, I went somewhere else and they look amazing and I have had no issues at all. I am a licensed cosmetologist of over 20 years I know what you should and shouldn't do with these lashes and I would never ever so this to a client this is very unprofessional and I will be calling my lawyer after I finish this review. Unbelievable. I would recommend no one go their to get their lashes done and be careful with face waxing go to someone with a good reputation. Not saying their all bad but my experience was horrible. All I asked is for my money back and I tried to resolve this without putting up a bad review but the OWNER left me no choice. She was yelling at me saying that all she will do is have me come in and have the manager do my lashes again. And give me a gift card for my wax service. Unacceptable. All I want is my money back so I can be done with this salon. Instead I have to take them to small claims court this is unbelievable.

Very cute and welcoming place! Was my first time at the salon in Enfield and the staff there were very pleasant and efficient! My girl Elena did a beautiful job fulfilling my lash wishes as always! She’s quick, proficient, and I always leave her feeling Fabolous! She also did a chemical peel facial which was my first experience and I highly recommend! My skin has never been so glowy and smooth! Can’t wait to go back!
